Dale Lacky/CSEA Scholarships for outstanding athletic performance, community service and academic success during their four years of high school.</span></h3>
<p>The award, honoring former Section and State CIF President, A. Dale Lacky, recognizes the top male and female student-athletes within the Section. The scholarship committee has selected four male and four female students as the recipients of a $1,000 scholarship. The remaining nominees are awarded a $600 scholarship from the Section.</p>]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[<p>Tonight marks the debut of a four-part series of Sacramento Kings “Here We Rise” season preview shows airing through Oct. 27 on Comcast SportsNet California (CSNCA).<br />
 <br />
Each of the four 30-minute “Here We Rise” shows is hosted by Jerry Reynolds and Grant Napear, with exclusive interviews conducted by Jason Ross.<br />
 <br />
The first show, which airs tonight, takes a close look at the upcoming 2010-11 Kings season and features an interview with Coach Paul Westphal.<br />
 <br />
The second show, also debuting tonight, takes a look back at the brilliant Rookie of the Year season of Tyreke Evans and includes an interview with the team’s returning leading scorer who became just the fourth player in NBA history to average at least 20 points, five rebounds and five assists in a rookie campaign.<br />
 <br />
The third show in the series debuts on Wednesday, as Kings TV followed forward Carl Landry to his hometown of Milwaukee, Wis., for an exclusive feature and interview.<br />
 <br />
Lastly, Thursday marks the first run of a show focused on Kings rookie sensation DeMarcus Cousins, as Kings TV followed the fifth-overall pick in the 2010 Draft to his hometown of Mobile, Ala., for a behind-the-scenes feature and interview.<br />
