MaxPreps.com announced today that Folsom High School quarterback Dano Graves is its selection for National Player of the Year.

The dust has settled, the smoke has cleared. Ten teams entered the weekend with dreams of a state title on the line, five went home champions. Two of them were from Northern California’s Sac-Joaquin Section.

After fantastic seasons, the pinnacle of high school football is upon us. Section champions have been crowned, but starting tonight, teams will be battling for California state championships in several divisions. It doesn’t get any bigger than this.
